Graph technology isn’t necessarily new, but it is recently growing in adoption by insurers. Insurance organizations are struggling to distinguish themselves among the industry that is highly competitive and often seen as a commodity by customers. Organizations can rethink their offerings and customer experiences using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and graph technology at all levels of the journey. From inferencing and scoring models to predictive models, AI and ML can be utilized based on underlying graph technology.
