This session will cover outline the challenge for the retail and hospitality industry of getting a better understanding of consumers, based on real world signals, and running effective targeted campaigns. We describe how we solve for this via:
  • (a) Interconnected ML/AI model pipelines that are accurate and privacy-safe:
  • (b) Classifying Staypoints and Waypoints from Bid Stream data; Assign Location Pings-to-POI (Mapping People and Places); (
  • c) Building Consumer Segments (Gender, Age Group and Profiles) - Nielsen MDAR targeting + New profiles based on Risk appetite to venture out;
  • (d) During COVID-19, we are able to better analyse and provide consumer segments to clients; Footfalls and time series anaysis.
